A Will or a Trust?
In South Dakota Coletta and became convinced we needed a will.  The primary purpose was to select a Christian guardian for our four small children. When we moved to Nebraska it became apparent we needed to make out a new will to become compliant with the laws of the new state. A new move took us to Minnesota and another update was in order. Our children are grown now and when a further move took us to Arkansas it became apparent that a will now was not as appropriate as a Revocable Living Trust.  One downside to this was it would cost more than a will. A second necessity would be all property with titles and deeds must be placed in the name of the trust. The upside would be: 1.)We could eliminate probate; 2.) We could continue to manage our estate exactly as we do now; 3.) Our trustees could step in to help us upon request; 4.) Changes to the trust could be made at any time; 5.)  Goods and services would go to the heirs secretly and immediately.

"Thank you Brother Glass for coming to our church to teach Biblical Financing. It was through your teaching that we learned what God desires concerning our income. We began tithing at that time and have since seen the Lord meet everyone of our financial needs plus countless blessings that have nothing to do with money. -Russ & Andrea, Minnesota
